“Midwinter’s Tales was created by Artistic Associate Belinda Bremner in 2010 to be a joyous holiday celebration of poetry, scenes, and songs from a variety of secular and spiritual traditions.
For the next seven years, the OPFT community gathered each December to enjoy this wintertide mosaic. Eventually, other projects came to the fore and Midwinter’s Tales receded from our annual calendar.
But our 2022 season has been dedicated to the theme of “renewal.” And what could be more fitting, after having triumphantly endured a global pandemic followed by a ruinous office fire, than to revive this tradition and end 2022 with a ritual of gratitude and awakening.”
