MARTHA MOYLAN PRESIDENT
Martha Moylan has been a resident of Oak Park since 2007. She has been active with theater her whole life – as an actor, audience member, patron, and parent volunteer. Martha is the founder and principal of MMK Consulting, Inc., a boutique, WBE certified firm that specializes in corporate real estate consulting. She holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in psychology and mass communication, with a minor in sociology from Saint Mary’s College, IN. She is the mother of two fabulous teenagers.

CHRIS VAZQUEZ VICE PRESIDENT

Chris Vazquez (he/they) is a queer, boricua storyteller, philosopher, strategist and spirit-healer. He is also an independent film producer, writer and director with expertise in narrative development. His artistic endeavors center a hyper-realist take on modern life, illuminating structural, social and interpersonal dynamics that extend from the unique perspectives of strategically marginalized intersectional identities.
Chris is the Vice President of the Board of Oak Park Festival Theatre, an alumni of the Steppenwolf Young Adult Council, and a recipient of the Posse Foundation’s leadership scholarship and Ubben Fellowship awards. He graduated from Connecticut College cum laude, earning a dual bachelors in film studies and philosophy. 

MARY DEYOE DEVELOPMENT CHAIR

Mary DeYoe has spent her professional career working in non-profit fundraising primarily in the visual arts. Currently she is a major gift officer at the Art Institute of Chicago, where she raises critical funds for the museum’s operations and special projects. Previously Mary was the Director of Development at the Chicago Artists Coalition. She has worked for EXPO Chicago, Chicago Ideas Week, and is a contributing writer for Chicago Gallery News. Mary lives in Oak Park with her husband and cocker spaniel, Frankie. She is a tennis player, gardener, and home remodel enthusiast. Mary was raised not far from Chicago in Highland Park. She graduated from the University of Michigan with degrees in English and History of Art, and received an MFA in Poetry from Vanderbilt.

MARTA SEGAL BLOCK

Marta Segal Block has lived in Oak Park for over 20 years, where she has volunteered and worked with
numerous local institutions. Marta has a lifelong love of live theater. She majored in Theater at the
Louisville Youth Performing Arts High School and then transitioned to a more lucrative philosophy major
in college and an MA in English. She has over ten years of experience in marketing and communications,
primarily with nonprofits. She currently works as a communications consultant for government agencies.
Her empty nest and resulting mid-life crisis led her to standup comedy and she regularly performs at Oak
Park’s ComedyPlex and other locations.
