The Festival Theatre box office is open one hour before curtain time. You may also purchase your tickets in advance online or by phone. Please enable “popups” on your computer to take full advantage of online ticketing purchases. Print out your receipt and bring it to our box office. Don’t want to buy your tickets online? You may call our office to make a reservation: 708-445-4440. In the summer, our box office is located near the entrance to Austin Gardens; the box office at the Madison Street Theatre is located in the lobby of the theatre. Tickets to our summer shows are also available at the Oak Park Convention & Visitors Bureau, 1010 W. Lake Street, during their regular business hours.

E-mail and phone reservations are always welcome. Please email the Theatre at tickets@oakparkfestival.com, or call our office at 708-445-4440. Please be sure to note your full name,email address, phone number, performance date and how many tickets you would like. We will call or email you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation (we encourage you to call if making a reservation on the day of the show). If you make your reservation on the day of the show, you may not get a confirmation. Please just arrive 1/2 an hour before showtime.

Group Discounts

Enjoy a memorable evening or afternoon with your employees, co-workers, group, or association. Groups of 10 or more enjoy reduced ticket prices. Please email Marissa McKown or call our Box Office at 708-445-4440 for group reservations.
